“Cultural Emergencies” has been developed by Aparna Tandon and Elke Selter. Aparna specializes in post-disaster and post-conflict recovery of cultural heritage and has worked most recently in Kashmir and Haiti. Elke works on culture programs in post-conflict and post-disaster settings; and has most recently been involved in recovery efforts in Haiti and South Sudan.
